As Product Development Engineer AGRI you will be responsible for developing our new high performance agricultural tyres. You will classify tyre performance based on materials, structures and treads, and develop a broad understanding regarding the performance of product lines compared to our competitors. Furthermore, you will research and evaluate production possibilities for new products.
You should be customer/market oriented and be able to serve as an international intermediary between local production departments, Global Marketing and Global R&D on product development. You will take part in or manage international projects, and occasionally travel abroad in consultation.

As Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing our new products. You will analyse tyre performance based on materials, structures and treads, and you will develop a broad understanding regarding the performance of product lines compared to our competitors. Furthermore, you will research production possibilities for new products and evaluate them.

You should be customer/market oriented and act as an international intermediary between local production departments, Global Marketing and Global R&D on product development. You will take part in or manage international projects, where appropriate and after consultation in meetings that include travel abroad.

As CATIA Engineer, you will be responsible for the further development of the parametric engineering of matrices as well as the wider deployment of CATIA in the overall development process. You will do this through a seamless link with the FEM package Abacus, among others. You will also guide mould suppliers in the outsourcing of activities/projects and take part in internal projects.

You will need to work well together with other departments within Global R&D, as well as with the production departments and the consulting department within Apollo Vredestein, and research institutes such as the University of Twente and TNO.
